Parent Teacher Conference Forms: We are beginning to plan for our Parent Teacher Conferences that are scheduled for November 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. These interviews will allow you and your child to meet with teacher(s) to go over the Progress Report Card and celebrate successes and also highlight areas for growth. This week, a form will go home with the oldest or only students from Grades 1 to 8. Families are asked to complete the form and to select one of two blocks for your interview (either 4:00 to 6:30 pm or 6:40 to 8:30pm). We will do our best to accommodate your request. Completed Parent Teacher Conference forms are due back to school on October 22nd and will go home with the Progress Report Card on November 6th.

Earlier in the month, each child was sent home a pledge form and a letter explaining how the funds will be used. We are excited to launch our fundraiser early this year so the additional resources can be deployed earlier to our children and benefit their learning in the year the donations were made. When we partner with our parent community, we know it makes a world of difference for our kids’ educational experience. We are grateful for your continued support. Looking forward to a Fun Event and the enhancements that fundraising provides for our students’ school year. A reminder: All Pledges/Donations are Due October 24th. ONLY 3 DAYS LEFT!!!!
